It's true! We've all had garlic breath at one time, but when you eat a lot of garlic you can literally smell in coming off of your skin.
This is because of a substance in garlic called Allyl methyl sulfide which enters your bloodstream and gets excreted out in your breath and skin. A great deterrent for vampires, mosquito and sensitive guests. The good news is this same substance along with other properties in garlic can help reduce atherosclerosis (hardening of arteries as we age), some cancers (gastric and colo-rectal) blood pressure and even rates of tick bites!
So dig in! Just be sure to pack the breath mints and the body spray :)
