1 head cauliflower
3/4 cup low fat plain yogurt
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1) Preheat oven to 350*F. Rinse cauliflower, pat dry, trim base and set aside.
2) Combine all remaining ingredients into a bowl to form a paste. Coat cauliflower in paste.
3) Place cauliflower on a baking sheet covered in parchment paper and bake in oven for about 30-40 minutes until crust begins to brown and a fork easily pierces the cauliflower.
4) Serve by slicing into wedges.
