Are you going to the gym regularly to improve your health?
Are you making small changes like wakling instead of driving places or taking the stairs while at work?
Let me start off then by saying good for you! It's hard work but it will certainly make a difference!
Now let me ask you this?
Are people teasing you? Saying you eat like a bird or a rabbit?
Do people comment on how you're a 'go hard' or similar names?
Do people say things like 'I couldn't live like that, it takes to fun out of life'?
Do they make you feel guilty because you're not like them?
It's because they are jealous. They are jealous that you're able to stick to your plan, that you are able to do what they currently cannot.
I know it's hard when your spouse or friends are not supportive of what you are doing, but do your best not to let it bring you down.
What you are doing matters. What you are doing is caring about yourself and making yourself a better person. You are improving your life and improving your health and even though some will get jealous, don't let anyone take that away from you.
It's because you are strong that you are making these changes and it is because you are strong that you will continue to do so. Who knows, maybe if you continue to make changes, others will follow. Every little bit helps.
