One might wonder why a 5-star chef would need to educate the public on scrambled eggs. They are a pretty straight forward dish. Curiosity got the best of me though, so I followed Gordon's instructions and you know what? They were REALLY good.
The next step in my mind of course was to find a way to improve the nutrition quality. So here is my advice: follow Gordon's recipe with a couple of substitutions:
Margarine in for the butter
Plain low fat yogurt or sour cream in for the creme fraiche
Add a little dash of honey dijoin mustard in at the end
