country. We have readymade meals, instant breakfast, on the go snacks; it has
become such a daily part of our lives that we often forget the challenge of having to make our own food from scratch.
So here is a challenge I pose to you all. For 5 days, do not eat anything with more than 5 ingredients in it that you did not put there yourself. You may make your own food that contains more than 5 ingredients (for example, many types of bread have more than 5 ingredients but you may make your own bread if you wish).
See if you can do it. Try it even just for three days and post a comment on how you do with it. I found it to be quite a challenge and it made me truly appreciate crackers.
