Take 10 minutes to do nothing. Do read, don't text, don't talk, don't listen to music, DON'T DO ANYTHING. Just be present. It can be one of the healthiest things for your brain. It's all about mindfullness. I use mindfullness in my practice around eating. The idea is to be present in the moment. Some of us will eat on the go or while multi tasking and not even taste what goes in our mouth. This can lead to less healthy choices and over eating.
