- 1/3 cup large flake oats
- 1/3 cup almond milk or other dairy
- 1/3 cup low fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp dried currants (can use raisins)
- 6 dried seeded dates ,chopped
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- a pinch of salt
- Mix all the ingredients in a tupperware or mason jar.
- Seal, shake and place in the fridge overnight.
- Optional: add sliced almonds on top in the morning for an added crunch!
