1/4 cup All Bran (the one that looks like sticks)
1/4 cup Quick Oats
1/4 cup of Plan Low Fat Greek Yogurt
2 tbsp crushed walnuts
2 tbsp raisins
1 tbsp maple syrup
Place yogurt in bottom of bowl, mix all dry ingredients on top and then add maple syrup. Mix as needed.
I rarely finish the bowl this one is so filling.
