2 leeks, diced
8 cremini mushrooms, diced
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 garlic clove, diced
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp basil
3 tablespoons red wine
1) Slice apples into quarter of an inch thick slices
2) Heat canola oil on medium heat and add in apple slices. Cook for 5 minutes.
3) Add in leeks, mushrooms, garlic and brown sugar.
4) Once sugar has slightly carmelized onto the vegetables, add in the remaining ingredients. Cook for 3 more minutes.
