1 can black bean (drained) ·
1/3 cup of vegetable oil
½ cup cocoa powder ·
1 ¼ cup white sugar ·
1 tsp baking powder
1) Place black beans, vegetable oil and eggs into food processor. Blend until smooth.
2) In a separate bowl, mix together cocoa, sugar and baking powder.
3) Cook in oven at 350*F in a greased 9” square baking pan for 30 minutes or until a tooth pick comes out clean. You can also place the batter in ramekins, just be aware the smaller the ramekin, the shorter the baking time.
4) Serve warm for lava cake effect or cold for brownie effect
**I recommend serving with a few sliced strawberries stewed in a pot for a few minutes until soft
