Creamy Avocado Dip
2 fresh avocados, peeled with seed removed
1/2 cup plain low fat Greek yogurt
juice from 1 lime
1/4 cup loosely packed fresh chopped cliantro
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp hot sauce
1 clove garlic, diced
1) Mash avocado in a bowl with a fork. Blend in remaining ingredients and let sit in fridge, covered for 15 minutes.
Serve with whole grain chips or as a condiment on your next sandwhich!
