Ingredients
4 eggs
2 green onions
1 cup Cookin' Greens Athletes Mix
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp parmesan
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp basil
Instructions
1) Place all ingredients into a food processor or a powerful blender and mix until smooth
2) Pour into a pie plate and bake at 350*C for 20-30 minutes until set
3) Serve with whole grain toast
**note: blend for at least a good 30 seconds to whip everything up and give it a nicey fluffy texture.
