Ingredients
1 Large Ripe Avocado
1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro
1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
1 tsp salt
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
1 lime
1 medium hot house tomato, diced
1/4 red onion
1) Place avocado, cilantro, hot sauce, salt and peas into a blender or food processor. Squeeze juice from lime into blender
2) Blend until smooth
3) Add in chopped tomatoes and red onions
4) Serve with baked pita bread
