Goat Cheese Stuffed Turkey Meatballs
- 2 tbsp fresh chives
- 2 tbsp fresh basil
- 1/2 tbsp fresh rosemary
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup reduced fat Parmesan cheese
- 1lb ground turkey
- 2 oz goat cheese
- Sunflower oil
1) Place chives, basil, rosemary, panko and Parmesan cheese in food processor. Blend until mixed.
4) Take a small piece of goat cheese and place it in the middle. Fold the outpart of the turkey over so that the goat cheese is in the middle. Roll turkey ball in your hand until is evenly shaped.
Note: If cooking meatballs as suggested at the top of the post, they do not have to be completely cooked as they will finish in the oven.
