Just 1/4 cup of these bad boys gives you 220 calories and 12 grams of fat (of which half is saturated fat [6g] and just a little trans fat to top it off [01.g]). Not as high in salt as most potato chips but it also contains dietary cholesterol (probably from all the chocolate).
I can't imagine this snack being very satisfying if you can only have 1/4 cup and still get that much fat a calories.
Over the holidays, my advice if to look at your eating like a credit card. You have a certain balance on that card and if you go over, you pay in over draft fees. So everytime you reach for decadent treats like this one as yourself this important question:
Is this really what I want to be spending my money on?
