Spinning a sugar laden coffee, yogurt or smoothie as a healthy choice just because it's low in fat, doesn't make it healthy. All of that added sugar is still going to add to your calories for the day, not to mention high intakes of added sugar are linked to increased risk of developing diabetes and heart disease.
Treats are great, but they are treats. Whole foods first!
