Also, wear thick gloves while cleaning the prickers off the cactus pad. They hurt and don't come out easy. Be sure to clean them off before chopping the cactus up.

Ingreadients
1) 1 cactus pad (cleaned and chopped into bite size pieces)
2) 1/2 hot house tomato (chopped)
3) 1/4 cup chopped red onion
4) 1 red pepper (chopped)
5) juice from 1/2 a lime
6) 1 tsp salt
7) 1 tbsp hot sauce
8) 1 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro
Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!
