Ingredients
1 block of firm tofu, diced into cubes the size of two dice
2 tbsp of canola oil
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp dijon mustard
Instructions
1) heat canola oil in saute pan on medium heat
2) Add tofu and turn occasionally until all sides are brown
3) Add in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice wine and mustard
4) Mix until tofu is coated
5) Cook for 1 more minute
6) Serve warm with a side of brocolli
