So many turn to iced coffee. Iced coffee might seem like a lot of work to make at home but it's not as hard as you think. Not to mention the store bought versions are often pricey and loaded with more sugar and cream than you bargained for.
Your instinct might be to take your hot coffee and put iced cubes in it, but this often just dilutes the coffee. A trick I use to get around this is to make coffee cubes:
Take your left over coffee from the put and pour it into an ice cube tray. Freeze and use these babies to cool down the coffee. Still cools but now it's still just coffee.
The other option is to do cold brew and I have to say this way is even better. Instead of using boiling hot water on the grinds you steep them over night with cold water in the fridge and drain. Without the heat, less acidity gets into the coffee resulting in a smoother iced coffee. Which means you will need less milk and sugar. See the video below for full instructions.
